Spode Bi-centenary Year-- the Partridge Plate

1770-1970, originally $35.00, The partridge in a pear tree is a classic. Gold on white, it says on the back:

The first Spode Christmas Plate a limited production for the year 1970.

On the 12th day of Xmas, my true love sent to me:

Twelve lords a-leaping

Eleven ladies dancing

Ten pipers piping

Nine drummers drumming

Eight maids a-milking

Seven swans a –swimming

Six geese a-laying

Five gold rings

Four colly birds

Three French hens two turtle doves

And a partridge in a pear tree.
